Custom Treatments
Every appointment I will go over any changes and your goals for your treatment that day. You and your body keep changing, so I will make sure that you receive the most effective treatment for your body every time I see you.
Cleanliness
The entire treatment space is thoroughly disinfected between every appointment. I follow strict cleaning and sanitation protocols under guidance of the Ministry of Health.
No Talking - No Problem
Your massage appointment is your time and it is important that you enjoy the time how you want to. You want to chat - Great! You want to enjoy the music and just breathe - Also great!
I will always follow your lead.
Safe Space
Your comfort is my top priority. We will go over everything before each appointment so that there are never any surprises during your massage. I will obtain your consent for treatment every time I see you and you can change anything at all, at any time.
Judgement Free Zone
Body-positive space for people of all ages and all backgrounds. This is a welcoming and positive space for everyone so leave your insecurities at the door. I have seen it all - You are beautiful!
Comfort at all Sizes
I want every patient I see to feel safe and secure during their appointments with me. With a wide electric massage table and large sheets, I will make sure you feel supported and covered during your massage.
Punctuality
Time is valuable! Appointments will always begin and end on time and I want to make the most of your hands-on time during your massage appointment. Arriving a few minutes early for your appointment will ensure we can start your treatment as scheduled.
Hi! I’m Sarah. I was first introduced to massage therapy when I was recovering from a car accident and immediately fell in love with the practice. I knew I wanted to learn everything I could so I could help other people recover from whatever life threw at them faster and stronger than I did. I graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Lambton College in 2010 and completed my registration exams with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). Since then, I have been treating patients, improving my skills and building my business.
I have a great family that loves to get outside as much as I do. We do lots of hiking, camping, swimming, paddleboarding, tobogganing, skating, cycling and of course lots of long evening with our black lab. I also practise yoga, lift weights and really enjoy knitting. That's right - Knitting! It's cool, I promise.
I treat out of ALTA Health & Performance in Point Edward, just off of highway 402 and only a 4 minute drive from the beach. I share this clean, welcoming space with some amazing other healthcare practitioners that I really enjoy working with. We often work together to help coordinate treatment plans with our patients to maximise patient results.
If you are recovering from an injury, looking to ease arthritis and joint pain, uncomfortable from your pregnancy, can't kick that relentless tension headache or just looking to relax and manage stress - I am here to help!
- Sarah
Hi! I’m Sarah, but growing up with such a common name, everyone has always called me Parker. In 2004, I was in a significant car accident. At the time, I had no idea how to help my body to heal, recover or rebuild what I had lost, so it took years for me to rehabilitate. During that time, I was introduced to massage therapy and immediately fell in love with the practice. I knew I wanted to learn everything I could so I could help other people recover from whatever life throws at them faster and stronger than I did. I graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Lambton College in 2010 and immediately completed my registration exams with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). Since then I have been treating patients, improving my skills and building my business here in beautiful Sarnia, Ontario.

I treat out of Lakeshore Road Chiropractic Clinic in the north end of Sarnia, one block from the beach. I share this clean, welcoming space with some amazing other healthcare practitioners that I have worked with for years. We often work together to help coordinate treatment plans with our patients to maximise patient results.
